Not sure if it's true but I've heard that the gentleman in those photos is the taxidermist that the alleged offender took the head to. Just something I heard on another website....
I think it's been suggested on here before but tell your neighbor that you feel you have a coyote problem and are going to do some coyote trapping/poisoning on your land and if his dogs come through they may be 'collateral damage'. That should be enough of a deterrent for him to keep his dogs...
Back to the original post, Jeremy did you call your CO after finding the doe that was most likely shot from the road? And had it been eaten on by any scavengers?
