dbltree...... Congrats! He is a very fortunate young man to have you as his father. I'm preparing for a double B-day party this weekend for my sons who are 5 and 3. Your post and link really got my attention..... Thanks!
Thanks for the answer.....with all the nice historical data. You've quit talking....so it's obvious to us you have realized your mistake and basically told the site that your deer herd is healthy and sound within the current rules and regulations of the state. I want to personally thank you...
I agree 100%......... pretty sad when you need to start packing a calculator to figure how many thousand more I will owe if I take this animal. Instead of making sure it's mature, you're checking your balance to make sure you can afford to release the arrow or pull the trigger.
Come on.....Wizard of Orion.... I'm anxiously awaiting your answer to sureshot1's question. If you're going to come on here and post things to stir the pot then put your PhD to work and explain to the residents your plan to control does. If you can't do that then take your buddy "Umpa Wiedel"...
CIR price has varied for me over the last few years. Put in 11 acres last spring and paid $9/lb. Picked mine up from Allen Dan. I'm going to do more this spring.....What's the current price at Osenbaugh's?
This is not the story that I heard today. A buddy of mine spoke with "Woody" today and he stated that he has heard all kinds of rumors surrounding his deer and it's harvest. He stated the deer is currently at the taxidermist and plans on having him at the 2009 Classic.
I think they are the same deer.... Top looks like an eight at a glance, but look closer and I think the G-4's are lined up perfectly with the 3's.

I've been trying to cut down on my computer time, this show isn't going to help. It appears to be a great idea and will be fun to follow. Good Luck to all involved.
dbltree......
Would this type of fertilizer help 1st year CIR switch? It sprouted mid June but is not doing much above ground (maybe 5-6inches). I have read that switch puts a lot of energy into the root in the first year. Thanks for your thoughts......
Re: Nonresident Landowners, check out this website
Yep........ Back on page 9.... nanny asked a question requiring just a "yes" or "no" answer. I was wondering about that myself?
Re: Youngmoose update
It's great to hear that things are looking up for your family. Please take care of yourself now and catch some ZZZ's. As I'm sure you're aware he is in great hands and they will wake you if he needs you. Take care and be assured many thoughts and prayers are coming your...
Prayers are on the way..... lots of them.... That's what is so awesome about this whitetail community. It's already been stated but I'll say it again, "He is in good hands". The surgeons and procedures of today are truly amazing. Keep us posted.......
I'm with teeroy..... definitely not missing anything exciting. This time of year sheds and potential food plots are exciting to me not showing off my wife and her freshly applied lipstick.
