Pettengill is heavily influenced and knowingly making strides toward the degredation of her own State's resources. One of the saddest and most bold examples of a sellout I've seen so far at the legislative level as it pertains to resources.

Cool concept. For turkeys, I'd still choose full containment since they don't seem to care about blinds anyway. Less chance of getting busted and rained on. :D For blind spooky deer though, it looks like a nifty trick. Especially for gun hunting when there'd be less movement by the hunter.
