    this is by no way a dig at some of these listing agents, Im more just saying that in my opinion its insane that this is the way its headed.. i also have a fairly decent grasp on the concept of a listing price, offers, and sale prices but thanks for the lesson.

    in our case if someone wounds one thats usually their deer.. just imo i would never go after another hit lister after wounding one just common courtesy to the people i hunt with and the fact that i just wouldn't feel good doing it

    we have a pole barn house as our hunting cabin.. faster and cheaper than stick framing.. I'd recommend getting it spray foamed for your insulation it'll keep rodents and insect out too

    we stopped shooting 20+ does a year.. now we shoot about 5-8 off of 1,000 acres...SC Iowa.. had EHD 3 years ago.. We can support big deer numbers.. We shoot for a buck to doe of 3:1
