    Cereal Grains and cover crops

Well crappers... Already planted my brassicas into it and the other day I thought it looked like the rye was growing back. I guess I will be spraying with clethodim. The brassicas are up about 1/2" already in the first week after planting. Should I wait a little while before spraying.

If you let it go without spraying it will the seed heads germinate once tilled under?

    Panoramic Trail camera

Interested to see what kind of reviews this gets. Seems like a lot of moving parts to be reliable for a long time period. Pretty cool concept though. http://www.moultriefeeders.com/productdetail.aspx?id=mcg-12597

Walmart carries it or you can get at almost any sporting goods store. I will second the recommendation for this stuff.

    First Big Buck

Late in the afternoon on 12/22 I was fortunate enough to harvest my first big buck on my new hunting land. Movement that day was incredible. I did an all day sit on a rye/clover plot and we had deer moving in and out from 6:30am until 3:30pm when I shot this guy - an old mature deer we...

    What is this bird?

Crossed it off of my list 3 yrs ago. It was unbelievable. I shot my old 1187 more times in 4 days then it had been fired in the previous 10yrs. I kid you not there were times when we saw flocks of 500+ birds. You could also road hunt with decent success. We had 12 guys and we were done...

Interesting Way To Check Trail Cam Pics

I do this also. I wish it gave you the option to view the pictures full screen from the SD card instead of having to copy them all to the iPad.

    Freak

WOW - very similar buck. Looks different to me though. The deformed brow on yours curves inward and the main beam on yours looks flatter.
