    only reason it would be useful is to plant a small seed AND a larger seed in the same pass (ie clover and rye). Otherwise, the main box plants small seeds extremely well.

    Good luck. Grew up with cedar decks and built a large one on my current house. I honestly prefer to just let them go and power washer and wood brightner every couple years. Better than reapplying stain biyearly.

    Price of equipment has to keep coming down. Take ALOT of foodplot work to pencil out a 15k+ drone.

    I use Laser for spot spraying. Its blue. Makes a mess but very handy when in timber spraying invasives. Not practical in large field or plot applications imo.

    Inside corner of timber on south side will be best spot id bet. Id def be buying back crops in that corner and making a big loop around the timber to hunt it on northly winds. I would only hunt the edges of the timber. After you do your logging/TSI, i'd never go in there. ever.

    If its a cool season grass spray it with gly late October or later. If its foxtail just keep it mowed and shouldn't be a problem after this year

    Beans put down a tap root so can scavenge moisture far better than clover. For sandy soils consider alfalfa in lieu of clover. Id reassess clover a dew weeks after mowing. You might be surprised.
