I did a test, a couple weeks ago I bought some seed with the intention of frost seeding next February, and for chits and giggles last Tues/Wed, I threw some of each into our home garden planters. Some red clover, alfalfa, chickory and arrowleaf clover sowed each into it's own pot....it's all up...
