I had a guy ask me how much he should charge the neighbor that is asking for a 350 foot tile easement? The other option is for the neighbor to dig him a pond in exchange ? He has the equipment. Has anyone dealt with this ? Numbers, what did you charge etc..

Isla Mujeres Mexico Our group caught 3 nice Sailfish and 5 Bonito near Isla. It took an hour to get one of the sailfish in, they really fight ! We all had a blast !

What kind of support would there be for Iowa to end all deer seasons on December 31? If a deer makes it to that point let them survive for another year (just my opinion)… and the shed buck issue!

I had a drunk or high trespasser on my land in Minnesota. Neighbor called him in, and the Sheriff Deputy went looking for him ! Not sure if he found the guy .
