Did you send in your original purchase receipt?

Please help me out I have a DLC Cover II camera that needs to be sent in for repair however, I can't find my receipt. Is there anyone that could send me a copy of their receipt to include with my shipment so that I don't have to pay the fee to fix it. Would be much appreciated. Thanks
