    Morton buildings vs. all others

I have a Morton that came with a property. Built around 2004 I'd guess. The only thing I don't like is that the roof was nailed not screwed, the nails work their way lose and then it leaks. And make sure they raise the ground enough, that even after it settles, it doesn't let water in. Mine...

    Hand held seeder recommendation

I just saw how this Hooyman works. Looks slick. I have a couple earthways and the solo. I still grab my old canvas? & metal Earthway 99.9% of the time. Solo just isn't comfortable for me.

    Flail Mower on a SkidLoader

Anyone have any experience with one? I'm thinking about one BUT, I don't have an enclosed cab on my skidloader. I don't know how safe one would be. I assume the blades rotate away from the operator so that would help if true, and the roller in the back help knock things down and prevent debris...

    Tractor mechanics

I bought my old tractor back from a friend.... he forgot to mention that it would only engage in 'C' range (hydrostat). I opened the pto cover to find a shift fork laying in the bottom of the housing..So it needs to be split and the shift fork replaced or tig welded back on.

    Broadleaf herbicide

I was wondering the same. Google and some forums say this: "Butyrac - 2,4db has a half-life of seven to 10 days. The problem is, the chemical structure after the breakdown. It is, 2,4d. It will persist in the soil at active herbicide levels for another 7 to 10 days. Armed with that information I...
