There is a product called “AmerSeal” that can be used in tubes I believe. It is for more heavy duty applications than straight Slime. Slime also makes a “tube” specific version. Tire guys just hate the mess when they have to provide a repair.

That 160 acre # is a distraction. The “anyone filing a return” clause is the catch-all. I would think that most NRLO’s already file a return regardless of size. If they don’t, it’d be an easy “in” if this was passed.

With this much opposition it’s made it farther than it should have.
