Anybody have an idea(when looking at this years Iowa Deer regulations) why someone who choses early muzzleloader statewide license cannot hunt shotgun 1 or 2? The regulations seem to force the early muzzleloader to buy a bow to fill the other tags? I was hoping to hunt early muzzleloader and...
