I keep watching the Iowa DNR website waiting for the 2004 deer hunting regulations to be posted. I have found a few things out from another source. They are as follows:
An additional 31,000 antlerless licenses are available over the counter this year. Also, the restriction on the number purchased has been removed for all seasons except early muzzleloader and 1st shotgun seasons. The only restriction is the county quota.
