2004 NON-RES LICENSE APPS

CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHEN THE 2004 NON RES DEER HUNTING APPS WILL BE AVAILABLE? i have cabin fever bad and the only way for me to cure it to plan next years hunt. thanks for any help.

i did check the iowa dnr web site. it still has 2003 info on it. i thought someone here might know when they plan on updating the web site.

No app's ,you have to call in. Pay in advance also. Its always been in May.
