IOWA BOWHUNTERS ASSOCIATION 2005 SHOOT OUT

Well the 3D season is well on it's way and it is time to have our IBA Shoot out. This year we have 3 different 100% clubs that are hosting the shoots.

May 15th Benton County Archers
June 24-26 South Central Bowhunters of Iowa
July 24 Hickory Ridge Bowhunters of Pella

There will be awards given out at each leg, and a overall award given out at the fall festival. Come on out and help support your local IBA clubs around the state!

why would they schedule this for the last weekend of turkey season?

Cause that is the day of their regularly scheduled shoot in the spring.

They only have one day shoots on that side of the state! just kidding, it is just on sunday.

There is a caravan leaving Central Iowa Archery in DSM at 7:00 am on Sunday if anyone needs a ride!

what time would you guess they would be back?

1.5 hour there, 1.5 hour back, 3 hours to shoot, 1 hour to shoot the chit. back in dsm around 2-3 ish??????

Can you use binoculars on these shoots? I've seen people walking around with them on before at these shoots, but I didn't know if they could turn their scores in afterward??
