2005 Iowa Deer Classic

Shredder

Life Member
We all need to give the guys responsible for the development, setup, and running of the booth at the deer classic this past weekend a big thank you for the job well done. I viewed just about every booth there this year and I think ours was the best of the show. The rustic appearance of the old barn wood to the giant buck and shed display made this site a real hit for show attendees. I was proud to be a part of the site as well as the group of members we have. I look forward to next year and many more.

I am not sure we can capitalize on this appearance next year but hope all of us have a great fall ahead of us so we can present new bucks again...as well as more big sheds. I just wanted to make this post to recognize the folks that were responsible for the booth and hope the members that attended take the time to thank them. Great job guys!!!!!

I agree with Shredder, the iowawhitetail booth was hands down the best booth at the classic this year.

I personally had a number of classic attendees come up to me and tell me how good the booth looked. There was a lot of curiosity about IWT and what the organization was about. Hopefully we will see a number of new members in the weeks to come because of the outstanding job that those at the booth did in talking with the folks that came to the classic.

I too was very proud to be a part of the site and the group of members that we have.

To those of you that worked so hard to make the booth, erect it, and take it down, I want to say thank for your hard work.

I never stop being impressed with the class shown throughout this site and the people who run it.

Chris and Matt, I enjoyed finally getting the chance to talk with you both at the show. Things MUST have been impressive seeing as though my buddy and my brother both signed up for PMA

.

Matt, I'm sold on the new seat and the modifications made on the LW. We'll be adding several to our collection in the near future.

The folks I got to visit with from IW - OneCam, Limb Chicken, Muddy, Central Iowa, Medicsnoke, CamoMan, Bowman, etc etc (sorry if I left anyone out!!!) - are by far some of the biggest class acts I've ever had the privilege to talk whitetails and sheds with. Thanks so much for making us feel welcome. You guys are awesome.

Best wishes,
Jody Hadachek

The booth was great guys, and so was the gal taking the money!! I was grabbing IW stuff with the left hand, and IBA stuff with the right and she kept it all straight. Great job by all !!!!!

Awesome. That is the only word to describe this weekend. It is amazing the dedication that goes into a event like this. The members are what make the whole thing worth it. Also, even though he would play it down it is amazing what Chris has done to make this site what it is and it keeps getting better. The barnboard display that Vman, Critter and Chris put together was awesome. I enjoyed every minute of the classic escpecially talking to members that have become close friends and new ones that I had never met. Thanks again for the great time!

Best booth in the place. You guy's did a heck of a job!!I was proud to be wearing my IAwhitetail fleece around the place.I think we had shed's and mount's that rivaled any other's in the place.Pretty good bunch of deer hunter's hang'in around on this sight from what I saw.
The barn scene was awsome,it really set off the whole display.Thank you to all involed in setting everything up.

I agree with you guys on the great job with the booth. I did stop by a few times and was hoping you would have the sign in board like last year. I did think that your booth as very very good and it did draw a great crowd. I did chat with a couple of you and loved the deer display with the unique european mount (with arrow head in nose) and Louvesten replica. Those were great additions. Maybe put the sign in board back up on the corner of the booth to show everyone how many online members we have. I don't always get a lot of on line time but would be proud to sign in along with everyone. Great promo I would think. Great job guys!

The highjumper loved the booth and the quality of hunters surrounding it. Fantastic job. Iowa Whitetail & IBA definitely set the bar for the rest! I was blown away by the four sheds from Canada that were shown for a short time Friday night. WoW.

I was able to check in briefly got to meet a few of the guys onecam (the guy with the dry sense of humor), limb chicken (talking gadgets, of course), vman and Big typical (Talking cameras), Medicsnoke, ironwood, and a brief hello to Old Buck. Saw shredder but he looked deep in thought. Also saw Muddy, but he was wrist deep into a pretzel so I figured I say hi later, never saw them again.

HoPe to be able to chat more with all the IW's at the rendovouos! My stay was very short this year, but at least i was able to attend. Great booth guys.

Was it right after the one in the pink shirt walked by...I was in deep thought after that.....or the one in the white t-shirt...same thing again....should have come smacked me upside the head and said hi. Sorry I missed ya

...great job, guys!...wish I would have been able to meet more of you & attend the IBA Banq...maybe next year...
