2006 Bowtech Tribute..which STS brand to use?

Which STS type of string suppressor would you guys put on my Tribute? I have a new Vectrix and I like what the stealthshot that comes on the bow does for noise, vibration, and prevention of arm slap. I want this type of technology on my Tribute. Advice please.
Thanks,
Don

Question answered guys; going with a meanv2 and these come camo dipped to match the bow and are a cleaner fit and finish than a regular sts from the reports I am getting.

Please post a picture when you get it. I have an sts on my Hoyt. I'm looking at getting a Guardian and would like to see how this meanv2 looks. Thanks.

I just got a MeanV for my Guardian. Extremely lightweight and very slick looking. Now I just need my Guardian.

I'm in the other boat, have my Guardian but no STS.

If you are looking at MeanV's look at CoolHandLukes, MeanV actually uses part of coolhandlukes design which you will find out when ordering MeanV's. I was very disappointed when I bought MeanV's and had coolhandlukes stamp on the stopper, which it will say vibekiller on the end of the stopper

Hey Muddy, finally got the Guardian now I'm waiting on a Copper John Dead Nuts 2 sight and a Spot-Hogg Whammy rest. Finally putting the puzzle together.

It really sucks that all these companies don't put out there new products when the new bows come out. Most people buy a new bow and want all the new accessories to go with it.

Oh well as long as it's here before turkey season. I HOPE!!!

Here's a MeanV on my Guardian. Couldn't be happier.

Alright guys so I'm new to bow hunting this year. I also have a tribute only a 2007 model. Just currious as to what a string supressor is and what it does. Other than stop the possibility of the string hitting your arm. Thanks and sorry for any inconvience.

1st and foremost they quiet a bow. They also help reduce any shock or vibrations. That and string slap are all good reasons to put one on. You should put a serving on your string area where the CSS or STS hits to protect the string from excessive wear..

I have had my MeanV2 on order now for a while and am just patiently waiting for its' arrival. I'll post pics of my Tribute with it on when I get it and give a review of its' performance on the bow.
