Shot some BowTechs a few weeks ago, and I'm jealous. Looks like a certified instrument of death /forum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/wink.gif

Looks like a million.... errr, thousand bucks. /forum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/wink.gif

Not crazy about the back drop. I need to see it in a harvest photo. /forum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/cool.gif

The brush camo is smooth... I was VERY close to dropping down on a new bow just for the paint this year.

Nice bow, Chris! ..... I put a 2 piece Octane quiver on my bow a few weeks ago.... really like it, but it definately adds some weight to the bow... those magnets are not light.

You will regret getting rid of the Whisker Biscuit come this fall during hunting season /forum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/grin.gif

Maybe Dennis, but this rest is full containment as well and does not fall away on a let down( it remains cocked till shot is fired). I will try it for 2008 and see if the dropaway is all its cracked up to be. My only real concern is the string attached to the rest....looks fragile, but guys i have spoke with say they have never had one come loose or had a problem. I hunt though and some of those guys just talk about hunting. We will see.

I've shot one Moose. Only made it half way through with my kids before they got hungry and by the time we were done eating we had to rush off to a wedding. Take a long time to shoot a course with youngsters in tow.....they had fun though. /forum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/cool.gif

Might do the rhinehart 100 in Sparta, WI if we end up canceling our annual MT fishing trip....time will tell.

NICE BOW. I'VE USED THE QAD DROP AWAY FOR 2 YEARS. LOVE IT!!! YOU WON'T REGRET IT. DO PEOPLE STILL USE WHISKER BISCUITS? MUST LIKE THERE VANES ALL MESSED UP. FINALLY TALKED MY FRIEND INTO GETTING RID OF HIS.

DOR, that's not going to work for you so you can just go ahead and send it to Polk City, Iowa...c/o Turt-L-Shell /forum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/grin.gif

Glad to know you finally got it, and I LOVE the Brush Camo...as Peter Griffin (aka family guy) would say, "Frickin SWEET!"

looks pretty hot DOR

you wont miss the biscuit for a minute! glad to hear about the upgrades!!!

Thanks Guys! I'm really liking this bow. Only possible draw back is its a little heavy, but I have always liked a heavier bow as I shoot them a little better.

Upgraded it with a MEANV2 String suppressor dipped in brush recently and I am still waiting on my Brush Octane Stabilizer. Once I get the whole thing complete I will post another picture. Unfortunately the way the OCTANE stabs keep getting pushed back Randy may get his wish...the next photo may be a harvest thread /forum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/grin.gif

Right now I have a hoyt stab from my old anchor on it....if any of you guys dont have SS on your bows I'd encourage you to try one out, if you think your bow is quiet without...you will be amazed with the addition on a SS. MEANV2 is easy to deal with and makes a nice SS for around 30-35$ 40ish dipped.
