2010 Deer Regs

I was wondering if someone could tell me when the DNR typically comes out with the fall deer hunting regs? More than anything I'm curious to find out how many additional doe-only tags will be available by county.
I know they usually go on sale around mid-August, so I would think it would be in June, but I really don't remember.

I heard from the farm bill biologist in my area that they were opening a bobcat season in 5 more counties. Has anyone else heard this? He had said he believed Madison was one of them. I hope so b/c I'd sure like to trap or call in one of the bobcats I've been seeing for the last couple years.
