I like it! :way: What are you using to attach the fans to the board?

I cut a "mold" out of a piece of plastic to put below the fan as it laid on the table. I then positioned a 16d pole barn ring shank nail with the head placed in the area of the cleaned out tail. I mixed up some plaster of Paris, poured it over and let it set. I'm planning on buying some brown paint to cover the white of the plaster.

I drilled holes in the slab so I can stand the fans up. I did not fasten them in, so can remove/rotate/reposition as needed.
