The bucks came out around sunset which didn't help for the picture when the camera is set around 1/10-1/30 sec with a big lens.

And not a shooter in the bunch.

Not a shooter in the bunch? I dunno. I'd like to see a couple of them under my tree stand this fall to make the final call.

ScottIC,
for some of the earlier pictures I had my 300 2.8 on. when the sun hit the horizon I put on the 180 2.8. even with this lens I was down to 1/15 sec.

any little movement from the camera or deer and you can see what happens.
