A few with potential

Again, these aren't trail cam pictures but I thought this was the right place for them.

I went back out last night and saw a lot of deer. I got pictures of two nice young bucks with a lot of potential. I did see a really neat looking buck, he was a 10 pointer with not much tine length but he had a big kicker off his g2. The kicker was probably five or six inches long, I wish I could have gotten a picture of him but he was too far away. Here are the two young bucks. It was getting dark fast so I tried to lighten the pictures up on the computer. The first buck is a 10 pointer, his g4's are just about an inch though. The second buck I have seen before and he is really neat, I dont think you can see it but he has two different kickers off his right g2.

2nd buck is TALL! Sounds like you have some options to chase around this fall

Just a guess but I think they were somewhere around 100 yards...

I was wrong, those pictures were between 130 and 160 yards

Well we have a couple and I dont know which one would be better to use.

The one that took these pictures and the one I usually use is a Canon PowerShot S2 IS

The other one is a Nikon D40
For the Nikon we have two lenses, the one that it came with a 18-55. I dont know what the nubers mean, its something with the zoom but I dont think its like 18 times.... The other lense is a Tamron 70-300

I think the Canon has better zoom so that is why I use it.
