A sign of early fall?

Lately i have been seeing large numbers of blackbirds in my neighborhood which has me very confused because usually they aren't even around in these kinds of numbers until late August at the earliest and most the time early or mid september....could this be a sign that its cooler up north already and that fall will set in early? If so im kinda worried about if this would end up causing the waterfowl to leave the north early or maybe the rut to begain earlier? Anyone else seeing anything weird or have an opinion on this?

I ask because a 75 degree high around state fair time is a once in 5 years type thing...and a once in 10 year thing took place in late June while playing baseball during the night game of the doubleheader it got to the point i could see my breath and was shivering in the dugout after pitching the first game and sitting the second and i believe the low was something like 45 degrees and typical low is usually 60-80 then.

huntn4life88, How can you have Cabin Fever during the summer? Summer has gone by too fast as it is. Fall will get here soon. It does every year. Don't get me wrong, I love hunting, but I'm big time into fishing and really want to have an extended fishing season this year. In the stand in the a.m., in the boat in the afternoon, then back in the stand. Makes for a good day. Cabin Fever references should be reserved for after January 10th.
