Advice From Bowhunters

Hello all. I am in the market for a new bow. This will be the first bow I have ever owned or bought. So, I am looking at the Diamond Black Ice and the Bear "the truth" bow. I have heard good things about both, with more along the side of the Bowtech. Wondering if any of you guys or gals have shot either two of these bows or own one and looking for suggestions on which one. I have shot the Diamond and it has a smooth draw back and release on it, but have not shot the Bear bow. Thanks for the suggestions!

i have shot them both and there both good shooting bows.... im sure everyone will agree and tell you the same, its all personal prefrence.... my advise is go shoot them as much as you can and pick the best one that suits you...thats all you can do....

I have NOT shot either... but they both have performed very well on independent bow tests.... I don't think you could go wrong with either.

The only advice I can give you is this. Get a bow from a local dealer, a person you can trust. They will give you personal attention to make sure the bow fits you right and you get the right equipment to put on it. Don't buy a bow because of the hype, buy the one that fits you the best.
