BDAHMS

Be here Now
This guy has been a regular on camera at a property I rarely hunt but am going to start late season- I named him "sirmixalot" I am pretty sure I am going to pass him this year 1- I really want those sheds and 2- do you think those antlers will catch up to those huge bases? How old and do you think he will catch up??

the other deer I would pull the trigger on if given the chance- he has been showing up more and more as well but all the same back photo- no front photos

Wow, big body and good mass. AT least 4.5 maybe 5.5 but he may be at his best. If he is 5.5 it's a good chance he might be all he'll be. I shot a 6.5 this year and he was at his best last year at 5.5. Just my opinion, not expert here.

I would shoot without a doubt. He looks old in my eyes. Just guessing I bet he's at or past his prime.

Looks to have a tumor on his side.... Great looking deer. Trophies are what we want them to be. Like him, shoot him, want to wait, wait.

Old deer for sure. Once they get to 5.5+ it's kind of a crapshoot if you have no previous history with them, but I bet this deer is pushing 7.5 or older. As they said above he's probably already past his prime.

He's old and I wouldn't anticipate a large bump in antler growth. Stress level will decide it he adds or losses antler growth next year....

5.5 years old or older........

Well you have all changed my mind- he has changed from my #1 shed hit list to top muzzle loader or late archery buck. I will be after him all of new years eve weekend and any day I can sneak out of the office before that- this property holds a few nice bucks and its 2 perfect rectangles of apple orchard with nothing else around it but open picked bean field- should be a good recipe for seeing him
