JUST HEARD ON A LOCAL RADIO STATION A REPORT ON THE ALBIA BUCK. THEY MENTIONED THE NAME OF THE KID. THEY WERE TALKING ABOUT IT BEFORE I REALLY STARTED LISTENING. DOES ANYONE KNOW IF THERE IS ANYTHING MORE THAN A PRESS RELEASE?

From what i have heard from several known hunters...this deer was taken by 15 year old ...green scored in the 320's and appears to be a new world record...Its neat to see a young youth hunter get a deer of this degree..congratulations!!

Man think of all the people hounding this kid and his family for rights and info. I hope this deer gets displayed for the first time at the Iowa Deer Classic and Oldbuck gets to do an encore print of some kind. Just to try and keep it an Iowa event as much as possible. Nothing wrong with Michael Sieves world record prints. I'd just like another Zach with this deer next to the one I already have hanging in my office.

I wish the kid and his family good luck....it's going to get old with all the questions and comments. I remember the Zaft Buck and how much fun he had.
Shooting a world record ain't all it's cracked up to be. Don't get me wrong, you couldn't ask for a better story, but I just hope the kid has thick skin....
