Albino deer spotted

That is awesome..I saw one this last spring shed hunting in Eastern Iowa near Jesup...sadly it was hit on the road though...

A friend of mine had pics of an albino fawn last summer. Not sure if it made thru the year or not. Never saw it again. Pretty cool.

I've seen two albinos they escaped a pen in Montgomery Co. Both of them were bucks. It was crazy how they just were adopted into a group of deer. You'd seem 'em every now and then. Then one was shot and the other was caught and put down.

That is very cool! It makes me want to carry the camera with me all the time in case I ever see something like that. Thanks for sharing!

Were they true albinos or white deer? I have a friend that raises whitetail and for awhile he had some white deer.

True albinos, red eyes and all. They had brown on the tops of their heads though I'd think from rubbing or something?

Pretty sweet. I think I know exactly what field that is even :) You should head up there and see if you can't catch a glimpse.

That is neat. Ahh TH.. I hope no one shot that deer during a season? It is illegal to shoot an albino or anything that is mostly white.

My last neighbor got a good picture of it. Pretty neat.

They were pinned deer that got away and after 1 year they decided to shoot him because they couldn't catch him.
