Are albino toms legal to shoot? Ive heard yes and no now.one of the farms I hunt has had a few for a few years now. Not sure if I would shoot it or not. They are definitely neat to see

My understanding of the regs is that it needs to be a "wild bearded turkey", which allows for the harvest of bearded hens. I don't recall coloration being a part of the wording, but have not looked for awhile.

The breast bone in a wild turkey is shorter in length than in a farm grown butterball. But, you can't measure it until you kill it.
