The "Alaskan" method of processing big game is being used more and more, what do you guys think?

Could be handy in remote areas or if your by yourself with a good sized deer.

I've used a similiar method on roadkilled deer before. Saves the nose when you know it's going to be bad inside. We have to take our deer here to check stations so it wouldn't work for those of us in Nebraska.
