I'll be putting a string and cables on my Q2 in a month or two, should I go with a barracuda? Is it as good as the vaportrail/winner's choice route?

In my opinion no. I would go with the Winners Choice or the Vapor Trail first. You are looking at about the same money for the Barracuda.

Definatley Vapor trail or Winner choice before a Barrucuda IMO.
