Anyone heard?

I know i hate these post too, but this is legit. My buddy of mine had seen a monster a few times last year and I guess a guy a mile and a half from him killed it 2 or 3 weeks ago. Near Mediapolis, Iowa. 240"+ Had it for 10 days and sold it to Bass Pro shop for 15,000.

Havent heard much else about it. Figured there would be a picture floating around.

If you go by Burlington stop by Farm King and talk to the person in charge of the sporting goods department. I also heard him talking about it. Said the property is across the fence from his. He didn't sound too happy.

I got pics but won't post because they aren't mine...its a PIG! At least the pics I have are from the one killed in Des Moines County two weeks ago or so, and looks to be in that 200+" class. There is an apple in the pic for comparison if its the same deer?

My friend said the hunter works very hard at bowhunting, hunts 900 acres or so and had never seen this buck on any trail cam? Hopefully we will get to read about it in NA Whitetail next year.Awesome accomplishment and can you imagine even SEEING one that big. He kept it together and got it done whoever he is! Hats off.

It was Des Moines county so Id guess its the same one. Too bad he sold it so fast. Id at least keep it a few weeks to show it off.

I doubt he sold it. Those kind of rumors are almost always untrue although $15K would be in the ball park.
