I am always on the lookout for culverts and that looks like a nice one. The only potential problem I see with it is the length. I have learned the hard way a 10'-12' culvert in a ditch over say 5' deep(which is a minimum depth on my place it seems) that when you pile the dirt over it and then get it high enough to cross over with a 4 wheeler, there is not enough span to "hold" enough dirt to make a bridge before it washes away.
