Almost looks like he's spraying weed killer...I know guys that do this in the summer to make trails for deer...it works unbelievably well. Deer will follow the path of least resistance, i.e. atv trails, old logging roads, etc...
 
Looks to be hinge cutting that tree down. Looks like he has a hatchet... And that sprayer isn't spraying miracle grow! U got problems....
 
This is either on public ground, or an unwanted guest on your land, right? Or it could be you. But I'm guessing that's not the case.
 
Thats a neighbor or a friend of a neighbor that does not know where is property line is. I dont think he is even trying to hide. You got a good shot of his face so someone will be able to point him out. With the recent state of events around here and people stealing trail cams you have to keep a close eye on every part of your land.
 
He is hack and squirting trees. Must be a forester who is lost or is suppose to be there.

That is my thought too. Hopefully he isn't on the wrong side of a fence somewhere doing something that the landowner didn't want done.
 

Not sure why you put this guy on blast by posting his picture all over the web and then when questions arise your simply no were to be found. :confused:

I would say it's a safe bet he probably has permission to be on the property he's doing the cutting on. I highly doubt (unless he's extremely confused and lost) he would tresspass on the land to partake in this activity. :way:

Better question is do you own the ground this man is apparently on? Or are you just assuming................
