I'm heading back to college in a couple days and this summer has be misserable as far as our luck with our local pro shops. Thanks to your guys help and the fellas at Archery Talk...and some common sense and bow knowledge...I'm on my way to having the ultimate hunting bow! I was just wondering if anyone knows of any good pro shops around the Cedar Falls or Waterloo, IA area??? Thanks!

I used to live in Waterloo, and I always used the Scheels in Cedar Falls. They were pricey, and took a little longer, but they always treated me right. I do remember hearing about one out in Independence though.

Hope this helps.

Loess,
Go to Mike's Archery 1904 Falls Ave in Waterloo.
Excellent service and excellent guy.
He will spend the extra time with you to get you what you want at a fair price. I do not take anything to Scheels. They do not take the extra time unless you are buying something from them.
Hope this helps.

Mikes Archery is the best, he goes so far out of his way to help a person out. I can not say enough good things about him.

Judging by the stories you've told me, he is definitely the real deal. By the way Johnny, how's the Bowtech treatin' ya?
