Ok I got some new axis's and I am gunna cut them here in a while and just wondering is there anything sprecific that makes you choose how lonng to cut you arrows, besides how long you keep you arrows. I have always had 31' arrows but with these I am just curious if I am missing something. The reason my arrows are about 31' cuz that seemed about right to me. with how far its past my rest etc.

I was always told to cut them about 1 to 1 1/2" past your rest. I'm not sure if that's exact or not.

yea, so really it just has to do more with your draw length and rest right?? I just felt like maybe I was missing something with spine.

It should be cut based on the proper spine per the arrow spine chart based on the type of bow, cam, draw length, peak draw weight, broadhead weight, etc. I hope you purchased the right arrows for your combination. That, and what Firedog says. Spine charts are found here.

Easton arrow info.

I know my arrows are the correct spine. I think my question is not really asked correctly. I have based everything on a 29 1/2 inch arrow. but I was just wondering how you come about how long you want you arrows. I mean I could shoot a 32 inch arrow if I wanted too.

What 150 Class told you is correct, it is not what length you want it, it is what your spine will be.
Shorter your arrow, stiffer the spine, and the longer the weaker the spine

Give you a instance, i shoot a 29.5 draw but for correct spline I shoot 28" arrows for correct spine
