After many years I finally had to send my 2200 in for repair. Numerous holes, broken zippers, buckles, the frame poking thru in 3 areas, and a shoulder strap ripped off the pack...

Within 2 weeks my pack was returned looking pretty much brand new and ready for whatever I can throw at it. Fantastic customer service and turn around time. :way:

I've had the pack since 2005 or so? I had to pay shipping both ways, it didn't cost me anything to have them actually look at/fix the pack.

That is unreal. Does it come with a lifetime warranty or did they just take it upon themselves to back their product?

Lifetime warranty, they fix whatever it is you break. If your dog chews a strap off they fix it for free you just pay shipping both ways.

Yep, they're great. I had to send my 2200 in last year after deer season for a cracked buckle and broken zipper. Had it back in a couple of weeks good as new for like $12 or something like that. They're the best.

I sent my badlands 2200 in at about the 5 year mark. It has had a rough life with LW stands, sticks, turkey blinds etc strapped to it all the time. They fixed me right up in no time. I need to send it back in again though. The aluminum rods in there poked through the top. I know though they will fix it up no problem.
