What model pacs do you guys have?

There was a thread on here a year or more ago that had zipper issues. if I recall badlands took care of them in a customer friendly fashion.

I have sent one in. No questions, a great letter telling you how much they appreciate you using their product and they go through the whole pack and redo everything. They are an awesome company and will have my business for a long time!

Agreed! I smashed my waist clips in my truck door this year, told them the deal and they sent me a new clip, no questions asked!!!

Are you sure you didn't just bend over to pick up a M&M with your pack on and blow the waist clip out? :drink2:

I sent mine in on a Monday to have a strap repaired, stitching redone as well as two zippers. I had my pack back in hand by friday. The only thing you have to pay is shipping there and back.

With zippers, all you have to do is call, phone, or email them. They will send you some in the mail. They did for me and many others. That way you don't have the expense of sending it back.
