Hmmm....and I wonder how the majority of hunters in Iowa feel about this?

I know it's early, but so far these are pretty overwhelming numbers. Really makes me wonder if the IBA representatives really listen to there "flock". I can't wait to hear the reasoning, hopefully it will clear this up for us.
