Bear River Tree Stands??

Does anyone have any experience with these stands? I am looking at an opportunity on one of these that is very cheap and supposedly only 10/11 pounds. The idea for it was to take it into existing stands and make them a double set for videoing next fall. I have heard that the company was bought by Grizzly Stand but can’t find anything about either on the net. If anyone has any experience with these the input would be much appreciated.

I was originally looking into a lone wolf to take into existing stands for a double but for the price of this one I have to take a look at it. Eventually looking to buy the Lone wolf and sticks however price is the issue at this point.

Had one years ago.. The pins are too close together and it tends to be tippy side to side.. If you have a welder and a drill press you can fix that, then they would be good to go
