Best way to hang shoulder mounts on a wall

Hi Guys,

What's the best way to hang a shoulder mount on a wall? I'm trying to stay away from the nail in stud or screw, I feel like there's a better way. Plus there's a few I want to hang that won't go on studs because of positioning. Can anyone offer some insight?

If you can add a picture of how it's hung that would help. This will be mounted on drywall, not wood panelling, pine, or barnwood.
