Big 8

I haven't been getting much at all in the way of big buck pics this year. I've been itchin to post at least one pic so i figured i would give it a try. This 8 point, barely a 9, with a sticker too, walked past my P41 homebrew shortly after shedding velvet. He's got a pretty good body size, much bigger than all the other smaller bucks at the video mineral lick i have. I'm not a good judge of age or score, but think he may come close to 140" @ 3 1/2 years. What do you guys think?

I think your right also. I like his looks, tall with twists and turns. It would be really hard for me not to put a hole in him.

the other thing to consider, I think that thing COULD turn into a 160"-170" deer depending on if he grows more points and a lot of other variables. Are you going to pass or shoot (not that I am saying one way or another- just curious)?

my opinion is 4.5 low 140s . Awesome buck !

I really would like to pass and give him at least another year. Although if it's a slow rut, it might be tempting.

I think your spot on score wise, but I could be talked into 4.5 on the body...
