I don't know if there is or not i always thought you had to take some class but i don't know if that is just if you wanted to buy one

He can not carry or be in possession of a handgun without direct supervision of an adult. I believe you must be 21, could be 18. This disappointed my youngest but that is the way it is.

Yet you can sign up to go to Iraq and carry a 9 mm and an M16 if you'd like.
