Well It was a great hunt to start with. I got invited to go hunt with 2 guys I had never met in person. I had only talked to them on the NWTF board. We met in Central Kansas for a day and a half hunt. I made some very good friends. Anyway long story short. We all killed a nice bird and they were all Rios. Mine had 3 beards totaling 26.750 inches weighed 17lbs 9oz and had 1.25 spurs. After some checking I found out he will be the #3 Rio from the state of Kansas.What a bird!!!!!

I was wondering when this story was going to be posted. I heard about this tom many weeks ago at the local Hy-vee.
