Don't try this at home :way:
I don't have the $ for a bow mounted camera right now. So, I welded up an aluminum bracket, fitted it to my bow, camo painted. It fits perfect, camera fits perfect. The weight of the camera even improved my grouping. But when I tried it out, the camera exploded after the 2nd shot. The lense holder, this black thing & the lense all came flying out about 4' in front of the bow. I put my camera back together. Still takes great pics & video but is noisy inside as you focus it.
I am gonna get a clamp for the treestand & maybe let my camera keep living.
