BowFishing??

I was wondering if anbody knows if you can bowfish carp at Big Creek?? I've been doing alot of bass fishing out there and keep seeing hundereds of them. It'd be a blast!

Call the local county CO and see if it is allowed in that area...for the most part, I think it would be OK

It sure would be blast at big creek, my buddies and I have thought about it as well.

Saylorville would be much easier though I think back in the sloughs

you mean it isn't legal on any and all public water, containing rough fish species?

I would think they would be fair game anywhere they are. Kill em' dead before they spread!

I've talked to alot of people and they all say that you can bowfish anywhere... I'm going to contact the DNR tommorow and get the final answer.
