Bowhunting ?

Is it legal to bowhunt from the road ditch? I know how it reads for guns with the shoulder and the right of way,but have never seen anything on bowhunting in the ditch.
I have a spot in mind if it's legal.

) didnt say that. But anyhow. I have a spot just like your talking. a crossing between two "HEAVENS" big deer run it all the time. I have never done it though because it feels too "dirty." it'd work though.
