I just starting bow hunting and bought a used Browning. I can already tell I going to want a better bow soon. What bows should I look at and why.
 
Look at all of them. Why? Because they are all high quality anymore. If not, they would be out of business.

Put as many as you can in your hand and shoot them to take for a test drive before buying. We all like our own little things with the different bow brands, just like we do with cars and trucks, and what I like about mine, you might not like.
 
There are a ton of good bows on the market. From Bowtech, Mathews, PSE, Hoyt, Bear etc. Most people are going to tell you to get a Mathews, Bowtech or a Hoyt (except Andy) :). Shoot as many as you can and find the one that fits you the best.
 
I think nowadays you can allow price to determine a little bit of what you are gunna get, because they are all high quality.


Shoot em all. some people will even shoot an El Diablo.. Or is it EL Diablows?
 
Nowadays there's a bow for everyone, from those who want speed to those who want smooth. Just shoot them all and let the bow pick you.
 
THA4 has just recently bought one, gundog is just flipping him some subliminal crap... though THA4 is probably wrist deep in it quite a bit these days.
 
How do I get screwed in these when I am not even around to defend myself!

All I will say, is if you shoot the new PSEs you will be very impressed. We are havign a large special on all 08 bows until Jan.1st. So stop up and check em out! We have rests on all of them so you can come in and shoot till you are tried of pulling them back!!


I will leave it at that. I am standing by my words and staying out of all bow arguements until after season!! But here in a couple of weeks!! BE READY BOWS!!

i have only shot the xforce and was impressed. i will go out on a limb and say THA4 loves his el diablo. he was shooting a mathews....

i am only making these comments because as teeroy has stated. i bet he has poopy fingers..

the diablo barked in the timber a few weeks ago, check the pma harvest.
