So I went to a new public place today and seen 3 bucks. I called him in from atop a hill on bordering private land. It came running to the rattles. Will be back out tomorrow to see if I can seal the deal.

On a side note, was driving on highway 20 today around noon; I was north west of Steamboat Rock and there was a solid buck in the middle of no where with a doe pinned in a fence row literally 30yds off highway 20. Had no care in the world and had one thing on his mind. From what I've gathered in the past 3 days is if your not hunting your missing out. Definitely some lock down going on but still some great action to be had. Had a 140+ in main frame 8pt with some junk cruise by me last night at mock speed showing not a care in the world to a call of any sort. I also had 2 different groups of does (4+) in each group come by headed to feed and not a buck in site following or pestering them.
