Buckwing bobbin head

For you guys that use the buckwing bobbin head decoys. I got mine yesterday and one of the decoys heads does not move freely. It rubs on the side of the decoy. Is there a way to stretch these?

Take a hair dryer to it...

Mine was the same way last year, a few minutes under hot water solved the problem... my wife wouldn't let me touch her hair dryer.

I also watch the way I fold mine up trying the hole open as possible, other wise you may have some trouble getting movement when you set up for the hunt

I second that. I will be leaving mine at home this spring. It worked OK on warm afternoons, but I couldn't consistently get it to move freely on cool mornings. I ended up using a utility knife and trimmed the opening a little bigger. I don't think they look that realistic anyway.
