Went to put out one of my Bushnell cams about 8 months old from storage last month to find the LCD screen wasn't powering on. Stored without batteries of course. Called customer service and was told to send it in and usually there is a shipping fee for the return but not to send it and they would settle up later on. Sent it in and got confirmation on the 1st that it was in the shop and would be 3-4 weeks to return. 4 days later I had a new cam at my door. No cost other than shipping in the non working cam. That's a good warranty and customer service. In a day when customer service is dying it's good to see.

always like to hear that with trailcams. Might change my thought of "plan on spending money every other year on cams". I heard an ad recently for Cabelas trail cam and lifetime warranty, I might be crazy but is that a first? Might be a new trend

The competition is getting tough for trail cameras so maybe these company are finally figuring it out that they need to keep their customer base. That`s good to hear that they made it right.

Beware, Rhino had a lifetime warranty on blinds til they sold out and the new owner won't honor it. If cabelas gets sold I wonder what will happen...... they have been great to deal with in the lifetime warranty for me.

That's what happens when you have competition and the technology is more readily available. My brownings have never let me down
